This proceeding concerns employer funding obligations under the Saskatchewan Municipal Employees Pensions Plan (the “Plan”).

This website has been established pursuant to the Order of Justice T.C. Zarzeczny of the Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench dated November 17, 2008 and has been developed by Koskie Minsky LLP, counsel for the applicant, the Canadian Union of Public Employees (“CUPE”), in an application for judicial review naming The Municipal Employees Pension Commission, The Saskatchewan School Boards Association, The Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities, The Saskatchewan Municipal Hail Insurance Association, The Saskatchewan Urban Municipalities Association, and a number of other respondents.
