Alana Deokiesingh

Associate

Alana Deokiesingh is an associate in our Pension and Benefits Group where she collaborates with her colleagues to provide advice to employees, retirees and unions on issues pertaining to their pension and benefits plans.

Prior to joining Koskie Minsky, Alana practiced pension law at an international consulting firm and worked as a policy advisor with the provincial government.

Alana completed her law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School and her undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto. While at law school, she completed a Certificate in International Business Law at Queen’s University’s International Study Centre in the United Kingdom. She also participated in an international exchange to the University of the West Indies in Barbados. Recently, Alana completed her Legal Education Certificate in Trinidad & Tobago and is eligible to be called to the bar there.
