Anthony Guindon

Associate

Anthony Guindon is a member of the Koskie Minsky Pension and Benefits Practice Group. He provides advice and representation in respect of legal issues relating to pension and employee benefit plans, including ongoing pension and benefit plan administration, pension surpluses, regulatory compliance, and privacy matters. He has appeared before various courts and tribunals, in both contentious and non-contentious matters, including the Ontario Superior Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal

Anthony is a regular contributor to a number of publications, including the Canadian Legal & Legislative Reporter, published by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, as well as the Lancaster House Pension & Benefit Law e-Bulletin.
