George Dzuro

Corporate Commercial Counsel

George Dzuro adds the dimension of business law to Koskie Minsky with his wealth of experience and understanding in the areas of corporate, commercial and securities law.

As a member of the firm's Pension and Employee Benefits Group, George is known for providing no-nonsense, practical advice and counselling on corporate, commercial and securities law for pension and other benefit funds, as well as trade unions and financial service providers. George graduated first in his University of Windsor Law School class and was awarded the Igor Kaplan Memorial Award for Scholarship, Commitment and Integrity exhibited during his academic legal career.

In addition to holding down a busy practice, George is an instructor at the Bar Admission Course. He has spoken on several occasions at the Canadian Bar Association - Corporate Section, the ESOP Association Canada, and the Global Equity Organization. He is a member of the executive of the ESOP Association Canada.

George has a solid reputation for efficiency and thoroughness.
