Stephen Wahl has acted for trade unions and employees in various sectors from construction to manufacturing and from public service to the airline industries. He has expertise in labour relations and collective bargaining, employment standards, occupational health and safety, employment insurance and workers’ compensation. Stephen has built an outstanding reputation for effective counsel on behalf of trade unions before both the Ontario and Canada Labour Relations Boards.

Stephen is a recognized leader in bankruptcy and insolvency issues affecting employees and collective bargaining, including representation before the Supreme Court of Canada. He brings advocacy experience and remarkable interpersonal skills to all aspects of labour law issues for the trade union community, professional, academic and continuing education groups, which include lecturing on industrial conflict in the Masters of Law Programme at Osgoode Hall Law School.
